Banking Associate

Manage assigned customer portfolios, handle account inquiries, and drive branch banking operations.

Promote and cross-sell core retail banking products, deposit schemes, and financial services.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing banking clients.

Assist customers with account opening, documentation checks, and KYC verification compliance.

Guide customers on digital banking platforms, mobile apps, and self-service banking options.

Compensation:

Salary: ₹3–6 Lacs PA.

Any Graduate / Post Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BAF, or MBA in Banking & Finance preferred).

0–1 Yrs of experience (Open to Freshers / Fresher Hiring).

Foundational understanding of retail banking processes and financial products.

Strong interpersonal communication, customer-handling, and sales acumen.
