Job Description
Program, configure, and troubleshoot Siemens S7 PLC systems and automation controllers for industrial applications.
Develop PLC ladder logic, function block diagrams, and structured text routines for industrial automation machinery.
Design, configure, and commission industrial communication networks (e.g., Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
Execute on-site testing, machine commissioning, system validation, and loop checks.
Troubleshoot electrical, control, and automation hardware faults to minimize plant downtime.
Prepare control schematics, functional design specifications (FDS), and automation manuals.
Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering.
3–5 Yrs of hands-on experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.
Core proficiency in Siemens S7 PLCs, TIA Portal / Step 7 engineering tools.
Preferred: Strong experience in industrial communication networking and field instrumentation.
