Assistant Production Manager

Manage end-to-end production operations, printing equipment assembly, and packaging line activities.

Drive operational excellence through Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Kaizen implementation, and Lean manufacturing methodologies.

Optimize production line balancing, reduce cycle times, and eliminate process waste to improve overall productivity.

Coordinate material availability with procurement and planning teams to avoid assembly line stoppages.

Ensure stringent in-process quality control, zero-defect manufacturing, and compliance with plant safety guidelines.

Prepare management reporting packs, production variance analyses, and monthly capacity plans.

Compensation:

Salary: ₹7–10 Lacs PA.

B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.

5–8 Yrs of experience in managing production lines, mechanical assembly, or industrial equipment manufacturing.

Hands-on expertise in Lean tools, TPM implementation, Kaizen initiatives, and Six Sigma principles.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
