Assistant Manager / Senior Engineer – Production

Manage shift production operations across fabrication lines (cutting, bending, welding, press shop, and sub-assembly).

Plan daily production schedules, monitor line output, and ensure on-time delivery against customer dispatch plans.

Optimize resource allocation, minimize scrap/rework rates, and enforce shop-floor safety protocols.

Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Tool Room teams to address line stoppages, equipment downtime, and quality issues.

Maintain shift handover reports, production logbooks, line efficiency trackers, and daily production MIS.

Supervise and mentor shift supervisors, fitters, welders, and machine operators.

B.E. / B.Tech / DME in Mechanical / Production / Automobile Engineering.

Experience: 3 to 6 Years for Senior Engineer | 7 to 10 Years for Assistant Manager in sheet metal / fabrication manufacturing.

Strong team leadership, production planning, and manpower management capabilities.
