Job Description
Lead daily manufacturing and assembly operations in the plant's Weld Shop department.
Optimize welding and pressing process parameters to achieve shift output targets and high product quality.
Manage line manpower allocation, shift planning, and shop-floor productivity tracking.
Enforce IATF / ISO quality standards, 5S discipline, and workplace safety protocols.
Maintain complete shift production reports, line downtime trackers, and yield calculations.

Qualifications
B.E (Mechanical) / DME.
15+ Years of production management experience within the Fabrication Industry.
Gender Preference: Male.
Expertise in weld shop management, pressing operations, and high-volume shop floor control.
