Job Description
Manage and oversee end-to-end production operations across the welding and sheet metal pressing shop floor.
Plan, schedule, and allocate daily production targets to ensure on-time delivery of fabricated components.
Monitor welding processes (MIG/TIG/Spot) and power press operations to achieve high manufacturing efficiency and zero defects.
Optimize cycle times, reduce scrap and rework, and implement continuous improvement (Kaizen/Lean) practices.
Enforce shop floor safety regulations, machinery maintenance protocols, and 5S workplace standards.
Maintain daily production logs, shift productivity reports, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) metrics.

Qualifications
B.E. (Mechanical) / DME (Diploma in Mechanical Engineering).
15+ Years of core experience in the fabrication / auto ancillaries manufacturing industry.
Deep technical expertise in welding and metal pressing processes.
Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and large-team management abilities.
