Assistant Manager Production

Oversee day-to-day busbar and specialized electrical cable manufacturing operations across production shifts.

Lead and manage production teams, allocate line operators, and ensure on-time shift target completion.

Execute production planning and control (PPC) schedules to meet customer dispatch timelines.

Supervise sheet metal punching, bending, plating, and insulation processes for electrical busbars.

Ensure finished goods strictly meet electrical conductivity, dimensional tolerances, and quality inspection standards.

Maintain daily production logs, machine utilization records, scrap reduction trackers, and shift handover reports.

B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Production Engineering.

5-8 Yrs of experience in busbar manufacturing, electrical cables, panel components, or fabrication units.

Strong background in managing shift operations, shop floor teams, and production planning.

Solid technical understanding of copper/aluminum busbar fabrication processes and machinery.
