Assistant Manager - Production

Organize, lead, and control end-to-end production operations within assigned manufacturing shifts.

Oversee advanced cell assembly, automated module production lines, and laser processing applications.

Collaborate cross-functionally with maintenance, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to maintain line throughput.

Utilize SAP ERP to monitor shop floor materials, track production work orders, and log shift yields.

Enforce shop floor safety standards, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and 5S housekeeping.

Prepare daily shift production summaries, overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) metrics, and downtime reports.

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or Automobile Engineering.

8–12 Yrs of experience in high-volume manufacturing, cell assembly, or battery/automotive production lines.

Strong working knowledge of SAP (PP Module) and automated manufacturing equipment (e.g., laser welding/cutting).

Proven leadership, shift scheduling, and team management abilities.
