Job Description
Direct Plant Maintenance Department (PMD-Mechanical) operations across press shops and weld shops.
Manage machine maintenance, press tool upkeep, and welding fixture repair workflows.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to eliminate unexpected equipment breakdowns.
Lead a team of maintenance engineers and technicians across rotational shifts.
Maintain complete breakdown metrics tracking, maintenance budget logs, and equipment history records.
Work Type & Benefits:

Qualifications
B.E (Mechanical) / DME.
15+ Years of experience in plant maintenance within the Fabrication Industry.
Gender Preference: Male.
Deep knowledge of welding & pressing processes, machine, tool, and fixture maintenance routines.
