Job Description
Spearhead plant-wide Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence (OpEx), and continuous improvement initiatives.
Drive Kaizen, 5S workplace standardization, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) projects.
Identify operational bottlenecks, implement line balancing, and drive cycle time and scrap reduction programs.
Facilitate employee suggestion schemes, quality circles, and structured problem-solving workshops across shop floor teams.
Monitor operational KPIs (OEE, productivity, defect rates) and deliver measurable cost-saving (Value Engineering) results.

Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering (Lean / Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred).
3 to 5 Years of focused experience driving Manufacturing Excellence / Continuous Improvement in automotive or sheet metal plants.
Strong leadership, analytical problem-solving, and cross-functional change management capabilities.
