Assistant Manager

Lead supply chain management activities focused on New Product Development (NPD) procurement, casting, and forging sourcing.

Identify, evaluate, and establish new vendor partnerships through structured supplier development programs.

Conduct detailed costing and should-cost analysis to drive commercial negotiations and achieve cost targets.

Interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and Bill of Materials (BOM) for accurate component procurement.

Drive Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and monitor end-to-end component development cycles.

Coordinate cross-functionally across engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to align with tight project schedules and production launch timelines.

Leverage ERP systems and analytical tools to streamline procurement data, inventory planning, and order tracking.
