Assistant Beauty & Wellness Consultant

Deliver personalized beauty, skincare, and wellness consultations to clients based on individual needs and preferences.

Assist senior consultants and specialists in administering skincare regimens, hair care routines, and therapeutic wellness procedures.

Recommend appropriate beauty and wellness products, explain treatment benefits, and guide clients on post-treatment care.

Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and safety across all treatment rooms and consultation areas.

Foster enduring client relationships through excellent customer service, prompt query resolution, and appointment management.

Manage product displays, track inventory levels, and ensure adequate stock of essential treatment supplies.

Diploma, Degree, or certified training in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, Wellness, or a related healthcare/physiotherapy field (BPT graduates welcome).

1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in beauty clinics, salons, wellness centres, or physiotherapy setups. Sound practical knowledge of skincare therapies, hair care treatments, and beautician techniques.

Strong customer-facing etiquette with exceptional listening and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to understand client concerns and communicate treatment recommendations clearly.
