Assembly Production Engineer

Oversee daily Assembly Line operations and maintain active supervision on the shop floor.

Utilize ERP systems for inventory control, shop-floor scheduling, and tracking material usage.

Drive Production Management protocols to ensure daily manufacturing targets and quality goals are achieved.

Execute Manpower Handling duties, including shift planning, task allocation, and operator line balancing.

Monitor product assembly workflows, troubleshoot process bottlenecks, and minimize downtime.

Generate and maintain accurate daily production reports, inventory logs, and efficiency trackers.

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related technical disciplines.

1-3 Yrs of core experience in assembly line operations, manufacturing execution, and shop-floor management.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems, inventory control, and production reporting workflows.

Strong leadership, manpower management capabilities, and operational troubleshooting skills.
