Job Description
Perform mobile phone assembly, electronic component fitting, and surface inspection on high-speed production lines.
Operate testing fixtures, packaging equipment, and hand tools following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Inspect incoming parts and assembled units for visual defects, dimensional alignment, and functional quality.
Adhere to cleanroom standards, ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety guidelines, and 5S protocols on the manufacturing floor.
Support line leaders in achieving daily shift production targets and maintaining zero-defect output.
Maintain daily production logs, rejected item counts, and workstation handover sheets.

Compensation & Demographics:
Salary: CTC – ₹19,129 per month.
Eligibility: Male and Female candidates.
Age Limit: 18 to 33 Years.

Qualifications
+2 (Higher Secondary / 12th), ITI, Diploma, or Any Degree.
Open to both Freshers and experienced candidates.
Willingness to work in assembly line operations within an electronics/mobile manufacturing environment.
Good manual dexterity, attention to detail, and discipline on the shop floor.
