Assembly Engineer

Plan and organize assembly processes, including process sequencing, tooling setup, and cycle time management.

Oversee day-to-day assembly shop operations and ensure production targets are achieved on schedule.

Implement assembly planning methodologies to improve shop floor efficiency and reduce line bottlenecks.

Coordinate with quality and design teams to address component fitment issues and engineering deviations.

Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), assembly routing sheets, and line balance documentation.

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, or Manufacturing Engineering.

1–3 Yrs of experience in assembly processes, production planning, or assembly shop operations.

Good understanding of line balancing, mechanical assemblies, and production workflows.

Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
