Job Description
Supervise and drive medical device assembly line operations on the manufacturing shop floor.
Coordinate shift management activities to ensure seamless handovers and uninterrupted production transitions between shifts.
Enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and cleanroom assembly standards across all operational lines.
Monitor yield rates, minimize component rejection, and support line troubleshooting and maintenance.
Maintain production assembly logs, shift output reports, and regulatory compliance records.
Compensation:
Salary: ₹2.5–5 Lacs PA.
Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Biomedical, or Plastics Engineering.
3–5 Yrs of experience in shop floor assembly, production lines, or cleanroom manufacturing environments (Medical Device/Pharma industry preferred).
Working knowledge of GMP guidelines, shop floor compliance, and shift management.
Strong leadership, coordination, and multitasking capabilities.
