Job Description
Support automotive assembly line operations, powertrain fitting, and engine component integration.
Perform engine assembly, functional testing, and troubleshooting under senior engineer supervision.
Assist in vehicle wiring harness routing, automotive electrical installations, and electronic system diagnostics.
Conduct routine quality checks, dimensional verifications, and component inspection routines.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), automotive manufacturing safety guidelines, and 5S principles.
Maintain daily testing logs, shift production entries, and quality inspection records.
Compensation & Benefits:
Apprentice: ₹18,000+ (₹12,000 Retention Bonus).
Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET): ₹21,000+ (₹12,000 Medical Allowance + ₹37,000 Bonus per year).

Qualifications
Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, ECE (Electronics & Communication), or EEE (Electrical & Electronics Engineering) (Diploma Candidates Only).
Year of Passing: 2022 to 2026 batches.
Experience: 0 to 2 Years (Freshers to experienced diploma holders).
Sound foundational knowledge of automotive systems, engine operations, and automotive electricals/electronics.
