Academic Counsellor

Handle end-to-end prospective student outreach across Education / Training Institute verticals.

Conduct Telecalling, Inbound Sales, and Outbound Sales calls to engage prospective learners.

Perform Cold calling and lead nurturing to build an active sales pipeline for training programs.

Manage direct Admissions workflows, verifying student details and processing course registration applications.

Apply telesales techniques to communicate course value propositions, pricing plans, and flexible batch timings.

Address student queries promptly to boost lead conversion ratios and achieve weekly enrollment goals.

Maintain accurate records of phone calls, student inquiries, and lead stages in CRM software.

Higher Secondary (10+2) or Bachelor's degree in any field.

1-3 Yrs of experience in telecalling, outbound sales, or academic counseling.

Active telephone etiquette, strong persuasive communication skills, and a result-oriented mindset.

Ability to handle cold calling objections and guide prospective candidates effectively.
