Provide comprehensive Student Counseling and Career Counselling to assist learners in choosing the right skill tracks.

Execute B2C Sales pitches and Educational Sales strategies to achieve enrollment targets for Edtech courses.

Address inquiries regarding course syllabus, career prospects, placement assistance, and certification programs.

Conduct regular telephonic follow-ups with leads to convert prospective inquiries into active admissions.

Maintain organized databases of student interactions, lead conversion status, and enrollment records.

Collaborate with academic leads and marketing teams to optimize candidate onboarding workflows.

Bachelor's degree (any stream).

0–1 Yrs of experience, making it suitable for freshers and junior counseling/sales professionals.

Special Requirement: For women (female candidates preferred).

Strong interpersonal skills, convincing communication capabilities, and an empathetic approach toward student aspirations.
